So nice to see Aravis-centric fic -- I really enjoyed this! The way Aravis couldn't help thinking of her status back home in meeting with Edmund felt very real, and I loved her conversation with her father -- there are some great Calormene phrases in there. :-)

One thing, though: wouldn't Kidrash add the whole 'live forever' phrase after mentioning Tisroc's name?
